What is the 8-week Mindful Self-Compassion Course?

Discover how Mindful Self Compassion (MSC) can enable you to respond to difficult moments with greater kindness, handle challenging emotions with greater ease and motivate yourself with compassion rather than self-criticism. Having self-compassion builds resilience and emotional well-being and reduces anxiety, depression and relationship stress.
The MSC program can gently transform your most important relationship – the one who is with you 24/7 for the rest of your life by learning to treat yourself as you would a good friend.
MSC is not therapy but it’s therapeutic!
The seeds of self-compassion lie within you and through participation in the MSC program you can learn how to uncover this powerful inner resource and transform your life.
Experience in mindfulness and meditation is not necessary.
